Report an error
The site is only useful if it is accurate. We would rather hear about a problem than leave it standing.
What to report
- A wrong or outdated detail on a listing: name, website, office, services, frameworks or credentials.
- A firm that has closed, merged, been acquired or renamed.
- A guide that no longer matches the current version of a law, standard or framework.
- A citation or link that is broken or points to the wrong source.
How to report it
Use the contact form and choose “A correction”. Name the page and the change, and include a source if you have one. It speeds up the review. Every listing also has an “Is this you?” box with direct links.
What happens next
We read every report. If the fix is clear, we make it promptly. If it needs checking, we confirm it against the firm’s website or the primary source before changing anything. If a firm disputes an accurate statement, we keep the statement. We do not remove accurate information because someone would prefer it gone.
Updating or removing a listing
If a listing is your firm, you can ask us to update it or take it down. Choose “Update or remove a listing” on the contact form and write from an address at your firm’s domain, so we can confirm the connection.
